Zahra Batool is an advocate enrolled with the District and Sessions Courts. She holds a first division honours degree in law from SM Law College, Karachi. With a longstanding engagement in legal education, she brings a grounded, socially conscious perspective to her work.

Zahra has previously completed internships at Hussain & Haider, gaining experience in litigation and legal research. She also assists Justice (Retired) Majida Razvi in compiling archives of her work that intersects law, human rights, and social justice.

She serves on the boards of Tehrik-e-Niswan, an organisation committed to women’s rights and cultural advocacy, and the Gulshan-e-Iqbal Education Society, which oversees the operations of Gulshan Public School through community funding. She is also a member of the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan and the Irtiqa Institute of Social Sciences — a forum dedicated to critical thought, public discourse, and progressive engagement with issues of social justice.
