Shajar Shaikh is an Advocate enrolled with the District and Sessions Courts, holding a first-division LL.B. from Ziauddin University, Karachi. She currently serves as an Associate at the Law Office of Sara Malkani.

Prior to this role, she gained litigation and legal research experience through internships and other positions, including with Rasheed Razvi & Associates. She has independently appeared and handled family and civil matters before the District Courts, as well as tax appeals before the Military Land & Cantonment Department and the Wages Court. Her practice also encompasses legal research and drafting on matters relating to international child abduction, domestic violence, Canadian law, and INTERPOL proceedings.

Shajar has participated in moot court competitions, and has since gone on to adjudicate rounds of several such competitions, including the Jessup Law Moot Court Competition. She is a member of Young Solicitors and volunteers with the Alkhidmat Foundation, an organization providing humanitarian and welfare services across Pakistan.
